Can I edit or cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel an order within two hours of placing it by using the link in your confirmation email or logging into your account on our website and viewing your orders. -
My package says it has been delivered, but I cannot find it. What can I do?
When this happens, we find that most packages have either been delivered to a neighboring address or will arrive on the following day. If the package does not appear within a few days, please reach out via email with your order number and/or tracking number to: hello@portlandleathergoods.com -
How long will my order take to arrive?
The total order delivery time for our "A Bit Faster" shipping method is 4-9 days; for our "Best Rate" shipping method, it's 8-15 days. More detailed information about our shipping methods can be found on our website's Shipping and Returns page. -

Why did my estimated delivery date change?
